My Journey
My dedication to health and well-being was deeply shaped by a personal loss. In 2017, I lost my beloved mother due to health-related circumstances. This experience profoundly impacted me, pushing me to reevaluate my health and make it a priority. I embarked on a journey of wellness that started with incorporating more fruits and vegetables into my diet, and since then, I’ve committed to making lasting changes to improve my overall well-being.
In 2018, my health journey faced a major turning point. While chatting with friends one evening, I suddenly felt overwhelmed by intense heat and tightness in my chest. Although there was no pain, the sudden shortness of breath prompted me to seek medical attention. This experience was a wake-up call, reminding me just how fragile our health can be.
